We place a great deal of emphasis on creating cakes and cupcakes that are just as good to eat as they are to look at. We use only the best ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. Belgium Couverture chocolate, whole berries, and premium dairy products combine to make our cakes some of the tastiest in town.
Below are some of the flavours available, although new ones are being added regularly. We take great pride in our extensive range of recipes and are constantly creating new and wonderful flavour combinations for our clients.
I have spent a number of years in the United States, and that can be seen in some of the flavours I have created. I have also spent a number of years working to perfect the flavours made popular in Australia recently, such as Mud cakes.
